Before you can apply for a Leeds Building Society Offset Mortgage there are two documents we require you to print out and read.

1. Offset Savings Account Nomination Form

Use this form to specify how many Savings accounts you would like linking to the mortgage, up to a maximum of 3. This form MUST be returned to us together with your Offset Mortgage Application Form.

2. Special Conditions for the Offset Mortgage Account

These conditions MUST be read before you apply for your Offset Mortgage. We recommend that you print them off and retain them for future reference.
